OMG Bo is from Helena Alabama which is where my grandma (Frances, everyone knows "Frances!") works at the Helena city hall and lives in the oldest house in Helena, since that is where my dad's side of the family is from and have lived in Helena since the early 1800's....I have been out of town every time Bo is in Helena so I havent got to meet him yet....but my grandma has several times.....she just adores him! So anyway I have to join this tribe!!

Anyone Bought or D/L'd Bo Bice the Real Thing?

Well I got my hands on this great album... I was very suprised it wasn't more Poppy than rock (we're talking about a American Idol produced album here) but it really rocks! Does have a more Power Pop Rock feel to it but it's still a awesome album.... D/L it today! OOOps I mean Buy it today :)

"American Idol" runner-up Bo Bice is celebrating after
becoming a father. The rocker and his new wife, Caroline
Fisher, welcomed son Aiden into the world on Saturday.

Bo, who lost out to Carrie Underwood on the TV show earlier
this year, secretly wed Fisher in June after dating for two
years.

And in case you were wondering, Bo has fully recovered from
his emergency surgery and has rejoined the American Idol
tour on a limited basis.

"American Idol" runner-up Bo Bice had emergency surgery for a blockage in his intestines, and won't be returning to the "Idol" tour.

According to a note on his band's Web site, Sugarmoney.net, Bice "has successfully undergone an emergency medical procedure that was urgently needed to save his life." The site goes on to say that Bice will be resting at home for at least six months

TVGuide.com reports that Bice was rushed to the hospital before Thursday's "American Idols Live" concert in Las Vegas. The tour will continue without Bice, making stops on the West Coast, in the Midwest, and on the East Coast before ending Sept. 10

Apparently Bo Bice's boots aren't made for walkin'.

The American Idol runner-up broke his foot while belting out "I Don't Wanna Be" during an American Idols concert Sunday night in Manchester, New Hampshire.

In spite of the break, both the show and Bice will go on, with the latter sporting an air cast for the remaining 28 dates.

"As far as continuing the tour is concerned, there's nothing to worry about," the trouper told People magazine. "There's no keeping me from the tour."

He's expected to take the stage with his fellow Idol finalists in Cleveland Tuesday night.

Bice blames the break, incidentally, on his lack of boots--the long-haired, Alabama-born crooner shelved his beloved cowboy kicks for tennis shoes when the rigors of multiple performances got to be too much for his feet.

"I run around the stage a lot, and normally I wear the boots," he told People. "Except three or four shows ago they started to slip," and tennis shoes were introduced.

But, alas, "tennis shoes rip," Bice explained.

In spite of the bad break, it appears to be smooth sailing on the career front for Bice. His first single, "Inside Your Heaven"/"Vehicle," opened at number one on the singles charts, knocking Idol winner Carrie Underwood's version of the same song down to number two.

He says his upcoming debut album is also moving forward and will hopefully not be interrupted by the faulty foot. "My days off are spent recording," he said. "Hopefully, this won't hurt it."

Bice is also solid on the home front. He tied the knot in June with longtime girlfriend Caroline Fisher. Said Bice to People: "Life is good."

Hi all, new to the Tribe and glad to be here. If this is a no-no, I'm sorry. Anyway, Constantine Maroulis and Bo BIce were the ONLY reasons I watched AI4, and it's the FIRST season I watched EVERY week (though less so once Con got voted off, I'd find out when Bo was singing and just go watch him).

Anyway, when I was on the AI boards, I noticed that, generally, many of those who liked/supported Bo, liked/supported Con as well, and the fans all got on pretty well. So, for those of you who DO like Constantine, just letting you know I started a Tribe for him, called Con-templations. Any and all non-bashers are welcome!

Oh, I started one for Josh Groban too, a totally different type of singer, but WAY amazing...

Early in American Idol, i think it was when they were at the top 12 or so, that Bo sang this ultra cool song i never heard before, but was sooooo cool. It was about him being tied on some cross, and he sang the heck out of it. Does anyone know the song?
